What Does Serum Creatinine Level Of 1.7 Indicate?

Hi Sir, I am Durga Prasad, 3 before months reports Serum Creatinine : 1.7 (0.6 to 1.2) Sugar, BP, potassium and sodium everything was normal. I have been taking diet food and aalserum 7x since I found this reading. Every month it is reducing to 0.1. Now my creatinin is 1.4. From this stage creatinine is not reducing. Symptoms: Skin seems to be dry skin. Pls, advise me any other medicine to reduce this level to normal stage. Thank you
