What Does Several "spots" On Leg On MRI After An Injury Suggest?

I am a 50 year old male (1960) and fell off the back of my truck (5 ft) onto the cement, flat on my back. I have been out of work for almost two weeks with severe back and leg pain. I had several xrays on my back and hip as well as an MRI of the right hip. Results show several "spots" on my rt leg for which I now need to give blood tomorrow. What could this mean?
