What Does Several Subcortical,subcentimeter Follicles In Both Ovaries Indicate?

I have a retropositioned uterus a thick 10 mm endometrial stripe showing hyperechoic appearance favoring secretory phase. The myometrium has a large 6.6 cm heterogeneous appearing solid mass favoring a fibroid. Follicular activity in both ovaries with several subcortical, subcentimeter follicles. What can that be?
