What Does Severe Bloating And Vomiting Indicate?

Food poison or virus? I ate stuffed mahi on wed night 9 pm. I woke up at 2 am severely bloated. At 4 am I started to vomit violently. I drank water after each episode. By 7 am I couldn t decide which end it was going to come out. I vomited and had severe diarrhea until 9 pm Thursday. I had chills with no fever...strange taste in mouth and was completely drained. Friday I tried some chicken broth and bread. The diarrhea continued. Today (Saturday ) I still have diarrhea, bloody at times, rumbling under the rib cage, no fever...I feel horrible. 1000 x better than Thursday and Friday but am still weak and nauseous...Wondering if the Mahi got me?
