What Does Severe Leg Pain When Recovering From UTI Indicate?

Hi My 4 yr old has suffered all week from what Dr suspects is a uti, he s been ln bed or on sofa for days! He s now complaining about a pain in his leg above the back of his knee, Is this likely to just be because he s been sat/lying down for so long?

I really appreciate your concern, in male patient UIT is very less common and this could be viral infection or may be worm infestation, if this is viral fever then just be patient and let finish the course of disease, for the worm infestation better to get doe the stool analysis, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
