What Does Severe Pain Below The Left Breast Indicate?

I m having a sharp, clenching pain in the bottom right part of my left breast in one consistent spot. It feels a little like a muscle spasm or seizure. The worst it was was when I coughed and it acted up for about 5 minutes. It will twinge sometimes when I bend or twist more than normal.

Hi,

You take tablet Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. Take tablet Pantoprazole, and Azithromycin. Consult your physician for prescription.

If not relieved then consult physician. Do x-ray if required. Don't worry, it seems to be alright.
