What Does Severe Pain In The Anus Indicate?

Hi, how are you? I have a concern. It’s been months and every time I use the bathroom it feels like my anus is ripping open. It hurts so bad! When I wipe there is blood, but not a crazy amount of blood. Sometimes there is blood on my stool. I’m really worried and can’t get to a doctor at the moment. It’s been going on a couple months. I don’t know if it’s serious. But it is so painful when stool is passing thru. Usually when the stool is semi large. Please help

Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I read your query and I understand your concern. It looks like you are suffering from hemorrhoid. Try this remedies. Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Doing so softens the stool and increases its bulk, which will help you avoid the straining that can worsen symptoms from existing hemorrhoids.
1Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling.
2Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
3Take oral pain relievers. You can use acetaminophen (Tylenol, others), aspirin or ibuprofen
If this don't improve situation consider visiting surgeon.

Hope my answer was helpful. If yes vote helpful. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
