What Does Severe Pain In The Big Toe Indicate?

I have Raynauds disease however I have been wearing a lot of heels for the past six months and at times I will have cramping in my feet where they will draw up as well as a burning shooting pain from my big toe to the arch of my right foot. What could it be?

That could be due to Raynaud's which aggregated on cold,emotional and hypoxic situation .Other thing could be gout for which uric acid level should be checked.
