What Does Severe Pain In The Cervix Indicate?

Hello I m 49 years old and I had a hysterectomy on 2001 and I thought I had a full but they told me I still had my cervix but I ve been having excruciating pain like someone is stabbing me with a knife and twisting it for about a couple years but they can t explain y..so my question is could it be possible that they have to remove my cervix? But my pain is on my lower left side what could it be??

I think you need to do a colposcopy and a culture of vaginaal secretions for further evaluation of situation. I think you are suffering an infection and maybe a pelvic infection according to your clinical signs. Maybe antibiotics are needed.
