General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seems to be related to sinusitis.
It can be a bacterial, viral or allergic sinusitis.
It needs an xray and a blood test to confirm the diagnose.
Bacterial sinusitis is usually treated with antibiotics.
Early treatment of allergic sinusitis may prevent secondary bacterial sinus infections.
Home remedies for sinusitis and sinus infections include:
- acetaminophen (Tylenol and others),
-decongestants, and
-mucolytics.
I also suggest you a visit to a otorinolaringologyst for a proper diagnose.
Kindly regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
