What Does Severe Pain In The Head Indicate?

I HAVE HAD A STABBING PAIN IN MY HEAD ALL DAY. IT DOESNT HURT CONSTANTLY BUT ITS JUST LIKE SOMEONE HIT ME ON TOP OF THE HEAD WITH AN OBJECT HURTS FOR A MINUTE THEN STOPS AND HAS BEEN HAPPENING LIKE THAT ALL DAY. I THINK SOMEONE HAS A VOODOO DOLL. SHOULD I BE WORRIED.

Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor.
Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.
