Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are suggestive of something called plantar fasciitis. As of now you can take analgesics like Diclofenac or Aceclofenac. Do not gain extra weight as over weight and obesity can worsen the symptoms. If pain persist despite common analgesics, you might require steroid injection. Consult an orthopedic and get evaluated in that case.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
