What Does Severe Pain In The Knees Indicate?

hello...my question is about a pain that s hard to explain...I had knee surgery because I had no cartilage and the only thing still connected was my acl...the surgeon was going to graph cartilage from a cadaver but when he got in there he said that there was nothing to graph it to...he drilled 6 holes in my knee...I ve fallen a few times but about a week and a half ago it popped and twisted...when it did it made the part between my calf and ankle on the outer side feel like it s going to pop out of my skin and now I can t put any pressure on it

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take tramadol and paracetamol combination. Consult your physician for prescription.

For you, physiotherapy is very helpful. If not resolved, then consult orthopedic surgeon for further management. MRI and x-ray are helpful for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
