What Does Severe Pain In The Left Arm Indicate?

having severe pain in left arm, but no chest pressure. throbbing inside of left bicep, outside of left shoulder and temporarily relieved with pressure. cold sweats. took some asprin and it s helped a bit, but I m worried it could be more. Any advice?

Hi,
Pain in left arm could be because of Trauma (Herniated disc,rotator cuff tear,frozen shoulder,)Angina or due to Myocardial Infarction (Heart attack).
Kindly have Xray Lt Shoulder joint along with ECG,Lipid profile,CBC.
Please do consult physician for further evaluation
