What Does Severe Pain In The Left Leg Indicate?
A couple days back I got done working out and a few days later I tried working out again and I was unable to do it the right way because my left leg feels partially twisted or something. My quad and I think part of my Calv feels weird but it s not an intense pain

If there is any nerve impingement due to bad posture while sleeping then it would have caused you very severe pain or any trivial trauma.
It's not very alarming to pay attention to it. You can just take some painkillers like paracetamol, diclofenac, tramadol, etcetera.
