What Does Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hello iam 20 year old female , iam currently on the depo birth control shot I don t know if this has anything to do with my pain but ive been having on and off sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdomen and on and off bleeding this past month , is this normal or do I need to see a doctor ?

Yes, it may be related to depot but you need urine complete and ultrasound abdomen. So, you need visit to emergency at the earliest without delay.
