What Does Severe Pain In The Neck And Left Shoulder Indicate?

What should I do if I m experiencing severe pain in my neck and my left shoulder down to my hands, A year ago I hand Rotator Cuff surgery. However I was prescribed Methocarbamol for pain Tuesday but as of today I am still hurting. What advise can you give me?

Hello,
If the pain is severe you may have some nerve impingement. You probably need xrays of the neck and possibly even an MRI to find the cause. Methocarbamol can help with spasms but not with nerve pain. See your doctor again soon if the pain continues to be severe.
