What Does Severe Pain In The Right Hand Indicate?

I keep having severe pain in my right hand that comes and goes. Kind of a cross between what it feels like when the blood circulation is cut off for a long time and pulling a tendon or something. And it comes and goes...a lot. It s so bad, I want to cry. It s happening in my left hand also, but not as severe. I had just spend hours baking and doing a lot of shredding and squeezing fruit by hand, along with a lot of stirring.
