What Does Severe Pain In The Shoulder Joints Indicate?

Severe shoulder pain in joint area with movement when right shoulder hurt left middle finger hurt the same way . now left shoulder is hurting same as well as left elbow and right middle finger !! Woke up few days ago and throat neck and head were very soar !!

Thanks for given information,According to the symptoms it can be Pressure on the nerves (brachial plexus) may cause a vague, aching pain in the neck, shoulder, arm, or hand. It may also cause pain, numbness, or tingling on the inside of the forearm and the fourth and fifth fingers of the hand. Weakness may make your hand clumsy.
