What Does Severe Pain In The Upper Abdomen Indicate?

I ve had stomach issues since Saturday evening. Pain was dull at times but also sharp. Only relief was standing or curled in fetal position. The pain started in my upper stomach area, but moved to right side of abdomen all day yesterday and this morning. Once I started eating the pain in abdomen went away, but then I developed fullness, feel of bloatedness, and discomfort in my upper stomach. I ve eaten very little in the past 2 days.

HEllo,
Symptoms looks like a peptic ulcer disease.Can try pantoprazole tablet one per day before breakfast for 5 days.
