What Does Severe Pain Near The Rib-cage And Swollen Body Indicate?

I got unbearable pain last night near tri-shape rib. I can t sleep. And next day I fall sick badly. I was feeling like my whole body is swollen. Wherever I grab any parts of my body with fingers It gives uneasy pain. Plzzzz tell me what reason could be.
