What Does Severe Pain On In The Hips On The Right Side Indicate?

I started out with severe pain in my right hip, out of nowhere no injury. Lasted 30 days or so,then went to my knee,severe with weight baring. Now it s in my neck,and all this joint pain is on my right side Lime test negative. I am very tired all the time. My doctor just sent me for a test for gout what do you think about a pain that travels like that? Muscle relaxers and tramadol do zero for pain,Advil helps a bit but bothered my stomach. -ice packs can help
