What Does Severe Pain On The Upper Back Indicate?

I have started having sever pain in my upper back, my left shoulder. It is very Painful. I live with a pain level of 4\5 Everyday. I am able to deal with this. I am not in pain management. I ve been already. I will not go back. This new pain level is beyond what I can deal with. It s starts at the bottom of my shoulder blade. And spreads fast. Now my chest can feel it. The pain. And I don t have any money to pay for this. Where can I get a free response this time.

* As per my clinical experience, you are having acute muscle or ligament sprain or strain.

* Primary guidelines for better recovery

- Apply analgesic spray or ointment 3 times a day.

- Apply alternately heating pad and ice pack 5-6 times a day.

- Consume tablet Ibuprofen after meals 3 times a day.

- Avoid weight lifting with left hand and direct pressure over left shoulder. Do welcome for free follow up after 3 days of above measures.
