General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Bleeding in menopause is not normal.
Bleeding could be due to cervix/endometrial dysplasia, endometrial cancer, adenomyosis, endometrial thinning, hormonal imbalance, polyp.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist as early as possible and undergo examination, USG scan, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy.
Specific treatment will depend on cause
Progesterone pill and tranexemic acid will help you to stop bleeding
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
