What Does Shadow In The Stomach On An MRI Report Suggest?

My dad got taken 2 A&E after having 2 fits. First they thought stroke but ct scan was clear. They decided to do a mri scan and found a shadow in his stomach. What might this be. They now done lots of blood tests and sending him for more scans and a lumbar punch
