Shadow is always sign of some lesion which may be benign or malignant. in most cases these are benign such as cysts,fibroids or fibromas However, malignant tumors must be rued out by additional tests and you need to do MRI scan or biospy to be sure about this. There appropriate surgicall or nonsurgical treatment can be planned.
