What Does Sharp Chest Pain With Breathing Issues Suggest?

Hello, I am freaking out a little, I was walking through the store and had this quite sharp pain on my left chest under my arm, it was quick and stopped, it happened again some 5 min later, but hasnt happened since, I also felt semi lightheaded and very mild out of breath. Should I be super worried or just wait to see etc.

In my opinion you should first get done ECG. Because the pain you are describing with breathing difficulty and lightheaded ness is favouring cardiac cause. Lightheaded ness may be due to low BP at that moment. So better rule out cardiac cause 1st.
