What Does Sharp Pain Between The Waist And Left Breast Indicate?

Hi, on Saturday I was bending over and had a sharp pain with a bulge in my left side. It was about half way between the waist and breast. The bulge felt like it was coming thru my skin (but didn t) and was very painful and cramp like. The bulge is no longer there but the area is sore. What could it possibly be?

left ureter calculus - left kidney stone - problem with left ovary or
pedicle - intestine spasm -spleen or left lung pathology involving the
base of the lung - others.
