Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This pain is mostly due to ovulation.
Duphaston is having active progesterone (female hormone).
This is given to treat hormonal imbalance. This hormone is needed for ovulation (release of ovum from ovary).
This process of ovulation can cause pain in some females.
So possibility of ovulation related pain is more likely in your case.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
