What Does Sharp Pain In The Right Arm Indicate?

I’m getting sharp, stabbing pain in my right arm, radiating to the axilla area, and to right upper pectoral region. Pain has gradually gotten worse over 24 hrs, comes and goes, and I am having slight 3rd and 4th digit tingling. Hx: HTN, high cholesterol, and PE in 2004. No SOB, NVD, palpitations, diaphoresis, pressure, or jaw pain. Should I be concerned?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Yes, you should concern regarding your health problem. Your symptoms could be from nerve compression like neurological cause. I suggest you to consult physician or neurologist for neurological nerve examination. If Compressive neuropathy confirmed with X-ray than pregabalin can be prescribed for that. Check Vitamin B12 and sugar level as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
