What Does Sharp Pain In The Right Side Of The Chest Indicate?

If a shrp pain on my right side of the chest after having a single cough ,my chest felt like it cracked.the pain is now pesistent it travels to my neck .I also felt pain in my right arm to the fingers ,it can felt like its in the bones.no breathing problem bt hev fatigue. I m afraid even to clear my throat

Hello,

Please get the chest x-ray as soon as possible because it may be an indication of rib fracture. Also, get an x-ray for the cervical spine.
