What Does Sharp Pain On Right Side And Chest Indicate After Lifting Weight?

I'm 22 year old male that excersies 5 times a week and has has no helath problems. However, over the last week I could feel my heart beating differently and just yesterday after carrying luggage into my home I experienced sharp pain on my right side and in my chest, the pain is less today, however, I get sharp pains when i bend over or move my torso. Could it be a muscle tear?
