What Does Shock Like Sensation In A Heart Failure Person Indicate?

Hi my ol man age 53,has a history of Congested heart failer, he s been sick with a cold for the last wk. now he s saying he s getting these shock/ like you got hit with a hammer thro his body. Says scares him , and he s getting them three or four times a day, What could this be?

multiple sclerosis (MS) [MRI can tell], diabetes [blood glucose, HbA1c], and shingles [PCR, VZV, DNA]. and few meds can lead to this condition, psychological causes can also be like hallucinations, give for 2 days tab Natalins Rx if it get corrected, let me know will tell what it is.
