What Does Shoulder Pain Along With Dizziness And Nausea Indicate?

hello...I woke up this morning with shoulder pain (left). Ive been having light headaches consistently for a few weeks now. Ive also been feeling light headed and nauseating at times. I also feel a slight tightness in my chest off and on. Should I be concerned? I just took 2 tylenol hoping the shoulder pain goes away. Thank you! Karen

I have gone through your query. It iys better to rule out cardiac problems in your case. Taking an ECG(EKG) will be helpful to rule out this. A TMT test also should be done in case of any uncertainty. If these are clear then it can be treated as musculoskeletal pain by taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen twice daily for5 days.
