Hi,
I hope, by runs during menses you mean frequent emptying of bowels/bladder!
THe associated complaint of less appetite 3 days before tampoonitsilf indicates the problem is not due to tampoon.
-The lack of apprtite/nausea may be due to menstrual symptoms , hormonal change at the onset of menses/ pre menstrual tension/ menstual cramps.
- In case it is associated with frequent loose motions possebility of gasteroenteritis is to be considered.
You are alraedy on 5th day post menses, bleeding must have stopped by now.
- If the problem of digestive upsets is finished, Don't bother. It might be due to temporary deviation from normal food habbit/infection controlled by your resistance.
- But if it still persists/recurrs in next menses you need consultation of Physician/Gynecologist respectively.
Thanks.
