What Does Single Line Of Pregnancy Test Indicate?

I had an un protected. Sex with my wife on 17 March & her last period was came on 28 Feb. Today i have pregnancy test. By praganews it shown only one line . Please tell me its meaning & if its mean she is not pregnant then why not her period came yet today 9 day passed from expected date of periods. Please tell me briefly what to do now.

if there is only one line then it is showing that ur wife is not pregnant but if she is missed on her period then u can go for pathology urine test,serum B HCG test or a scan that will clear all ur doubt.if it is all negative then do not worry as sometimes period gets late.
