What Does Single Live Intrauterine Pregnancy Mean?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my ultrasound report stated "Single live intraurine pregancy". What does this mean? Does this mean that there is a heartbeat already? Also, while the AOG is 6 weeks, actual size is about <5. This happened during my first pregnancy, when my baby's actual size was always below AOG.

hi,single live intrauterine pregnancy means that there is one fetus and secondly the heartbeat has come.sometimes the date of conceiving can be a week later so the ultrasound shows the gestational age as 5 weeks.so there is nothing to worry as long as the heartbeat has come.take care.
