Trying to understand my Holter Test. Interpretation: 1. Sinus Tachycardia, OCC APCS, Complex VEA TOTAL QRS Complexes: 124,851 Ventricular Ectopics: 30,735 (25%) Supraventricular Ectopics: 153 ( Heart Rate: Min: 38 bpm at 4:13 am Max: 185 bpm 1:04 pm Ventricular Events Isolateds: 30,444 In Bigeminal Cycles: 8869 Couplets: 82 Runs: 34 Longest: 7 beats, 132 bpm Fastest: 3 beats, 174 bpm slowest: 5 beats Supraventricular Events: Isolateds: 123 Couplets: 11 Runs: 2 Longest: 4 beats, 104 bpm Fastest: 4 beats, 104 bpm Slowest: 4 beats, 94 bpm Is this anything to worry about? I have been in and out of ER and am in so much pain. Everyone says it is in my head.

I understand your anxiety about your holster monitor. my suggestion is to call the doctor who ordered the test so that he can sit down and talk about what this means to you. although I can expand the abbreviations for you, the whole meaning of any test should be taken in the context of your symptoms. I am not sure if this is related to your pain or not and I think a face to face talk with your doctor will be better to allay your anxiety
