What Does Skin Infection On The Feet Indicate?

Hi, My name is bryce, I have been having a bit of trouble with my feet for about a year now, originally believing it was just athlete s foot and it would clear up. The skin on the bottom of one of my feet is constantly itching, and it peels away like dead skin. the skin is cracking between my toes and just recently I ve noticed the dead skin is yellow in color. I get blisters at the bases of my toes, like really tiny pockets of water just under the skin, they itch terribly and then when they burst the skin peels. they have also been showing up at the balls of my feet. i plan to see a doctor soon, but was hoping there was a otc remedy, im not even sure what this could be.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I suggest you to apply COLTRIMAZOLE OINTMENT over the area three times a day initially as first step. If symptoms persist you have to take oral anti fungal and steroid table and consult a dermatologist. Do contact us if you still need help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
