What Does Slight Inferior Repolarization Disturbance In An EKG Indicate?

My EKG has shown a change since last year. It says slight inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change .QRS: 86ms. QT/QTc: 356/403 ms. P/QRS/T Axis -1/-6/-3 Deg P/PR: 94/154 ms. I am a female, age 64. Weight 114lbs, 5ft. How important is it that I see a cardiologist in the near future? I have sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, and take cholesterol med.

Hi. Your ecg is suggestive of changes in inferior leads which are either ischemic or repolarisation changes. In the presence of increased cholesterol and sleep apnea, u should once see cardiologist for echocardiography. Echo will detect regional wall motion abnormality that is suggestive of coronary artery disease. U should take treatment for all disease u have. Take care.
