What Does Slight Intraventricular Conduction Delay From ECG Suggest?

Hi, I am 61 years old, 6 2 , 216lbs. My ecg says sinus rhythm , intra-atrial conduction delay , slight intraventricular conduction delay , borderline ecg but my doctor said my test was fine. Should I be concerned? P/PR 138/194ms, QRS 120ms, QT/QTc 424/437ms, P/QRS/T Axis 65/41/26 deg, Heart Rate 64BPM Also shown is Warning artifact in (part of) recording - use interpretation with caution does this mean that the ecg was not of high quality?
