What Does Small Cut On My Clitoris Indicate Inspite Of Being Diagnosed With Bacterial Vaginosis?

I was diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis, which I am taking antibiotics for this being my third day on them. Last night I noticed a small looking type cut on my clitoris. Is this normal to get w a bacterial? The dr also did a pelvic saying that nothing looked like herpes and did not test for it. All other testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea came back negative.
