General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history.
Your providing the site of the lump would have helped me to answer you your query more precisely.

Well, as a general rule, when the lump is said to be a cyst and is incresing in size, pain increasing with heat is an indication that you should consult a General Surgeon and get an opinion, few tests to be done that you are not diabetic or have any general disease; and to get operated - an incision and drainage to be done.
He will also prescribe you a proper antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
If by the time you are reading this answer, it is possible that the abscess might have opened up. You may still need the treatment as outlined by me .
