Hello Mrs Shamkule
Your ultrasonography report gives the following information:
Your uterus/ womb has a single baby. It lies with head down, near the opening of the uterus or cervix. this is the normal position of the baby.
The baby is moving normally and heart is also beating normally.
There are various parameters or dimensions of baby's body which help to determine the maturity of the baby.
BPD is bi-parietal diameter. BPD is the head diameter between two parietal bones.
HDC is head circumference.
FML is the femur length.
EFW is effective fetal weight.
Placenta lies on the anterior wall and does not overly the uterine opening or the cervix which is a dangerous position. Placenta is mature and no haemorrhage can be seen around the placenta.
The gestational sac or the sac which contains the baby has enough fluid.
The baby is normal and has no structural abnormality.
Thanks and take care
