What Does Sore Breast And Dizziness Mean After IVF?

hi, my husband and I are going through IVF, on Friday I had an egg collection, then on Sunday they contacted me to say the Embryos did not grow. I have had really sore/tender breasts and have been suffering dizziness - do you know what this may mean?

Hi,

1. The symptoms what you are describing are because of the hormonal treatment given by the IVF specialist before transferring embryo into your endometrial cavity.
2. You need not to worry these are temporary symptoms will resolve soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
