Hi,
If you had the coil fitted recently, the fluttering could be due to the after spasms of the uterus due to the procedure. If you have normal flow during regular menstruation, pregnancy is unlikely. Sore breast can be a symptom of an approaching period or in the early period. If you strongly suspect pregnancy, you can get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres to exclude/confirm. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably through the trans-vaginal route, helps to clarify the situation. Hope this helps.
