Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms (blood in the urine)could be related to an urinary tract infection. A gastro-esophageal reflux or gastritis can not be excluded either. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- a chest X ray study
- an abdominal ultrasound- complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- amylase and lipase plasma levels for pancreatitis
- a urine bacterial culture for infection. A fibrogastroscopy may be necessary too.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
