What Does Sore Throat Along With Headaches, Fatigue And Dizziness Indicate?
Hi, I am trying to figure out if I only have strong UTI or something else. I have had symptoms of cold for almost 3 weeks. Started with sore throat and light headaches, fatigue, and dizziness, about 10 days in I had bad fever for 2 days. in about 10th day uti like symptoms started, just slight tingling while urinating, then once I saw blood on the tissue paper. After that burning feeling while urinating got stronger, with some occasional chills. sore throat still comes and goes, the same goes for fatigue and dizziness. I saw blood in tissue paper again.

do warm saline gargle twice or thrice a day for sore throat.blood loss from body can cause weakness.drink much water.take martifur twice a day for 7 days and alkasol syp 1teaspoon with 1/2 glass water.if not reliveing then do urine microspy and culture and consult urologoist for pelvic scan
