What Does Sore Vagina Imply?

I noticed for several days I felt sore around the lips of my vagina was hard, sore and a white head form and visible the same symptoms of a pimple on my face...well today while I was relieving myself I notice the head of the pimple had discharged it self (don't mean to sound grossed out) it was like clay (pottery). Now there's a circled gash where the head came out...it was the size of a lemon seed...I'm scared is the a sign of cancer?
