What Does Soreness In Cluster Of Moles, Hard Shell Like Skin On The Mole With Clear Fluid Discharge Indicate?

I have a cluster of moles on my side, had these since being very young and had no problems at all with them. Lately they have started to become sore, especially if they are caught on an item of clothing for example. Today I noticed a hard shell type of skin over the top of one of the moles and as I felt it it came off, as a result of this my mole leaked of clear fluid. What should I do??

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
What you could be having might be skin tags. Trauma like getting caught on clothing can make it painful and constant friction also makes it sore. Hard shell type skin could be a scab formed from these trauma and when it falls off the wound becomes open again and serum oozes out. All you need to do is apply an antibiotic ointment like neosporin thrice a day.
